My credit card expired in January, and Planet Fitness never notified me. They immediately started withdrawing the $10 fee. I continued to go workout unawares and unnotified. Without me submitting my new expiration date, they were still able to get my (and my husbands) monthly membership fee as well as the $10 for each account. It is now May, and they have stolen over $80 from my account. Trying to get this settled, the employees were very rude and unhelpful. We are both canceling our memberships, and would encourage everyone else to do the same. read full review »
