I sent flowers to my wife for Mothers Day from e-florist-inc.com. The price of the flowers, with the shipping charges, was $83.13. The web site says that all prices were in US dollars. When I got the bill for the flowers, I noticed that my credit card was charged $99.02 plus $1.98 for a foreign currency transaction. Nowhere on the site did they say that I would be billed a different price in Canadian dollars and that the net amount I would be charged was a different amount.
