I purchased the BB Bold from ATT because I heard that it was a great product. I received a defective model (shipped to me by mail) and called customer care to replace it but that's where my problems began. They said that the refurbished phones were on a long back order (3 months wait) and because I was still within my 30 days window I didn't qualify for a new phone.
