sent for free trial of this product with $1 shipping and handling - never received the sample but instead received a full bottle of this stuff. I then got a call from Cal. asking me if I had ordered this and I said ABSOLUTELY NOT but was still billed $87.13 on my cc. I've been calling to cancel but to no avail. I've waited an hour on the phone several times and no one ever comes on the phone. I know they are going to keep billing me but how do I get ahold of them?????
