When I purchased my blackberry bold phone a rebate form was filled out for me. I was overwhelmed with paperwork since I was a new AT&T customer and was not explained to me what exactly I need to do. I contacted the AT&T rebate customer service hotline and they stated that I needed to submit the rebate to another address then the one listed on the form because the rebate had expired.
