I am in a very bad situation with echotransworld. They send me a quote for 400 cubes feets for 3275 dollars door to door including the customs charge. They took the goods and now they send me an invoice for 5599 dollars. They found 624 cubes feets, (I have all the details of the list of items and I found something around 405cf), they add a new line on the invoice for handling charge at origin for 450 dollars (the lift is at 4 or 5 meters than the door of my appartment), and for the moment they didn't accept my claims.
