I purchased a water heater through E-bay, from this company in Feb 2009 to replace a water tank and this unit seemed like just the thing. The price was right and and the installation seemed pretty straight forward. I received it in good condition and I so I went ahead a gave good feedback which I shouldn't have done since I hadn't installed it yet. I installed it a couple of weeks later, and it was straight forward in spite of the fact that I had not received any manuals with it whatsoever.
