I sent in 23 items comprised of silver and GOLD plus one platinum ring setting to Lipponcott. I was shocked when I received a check for aprox. $2.00! I had requested their company send me a quote before doing anything which they did not do. When I received the check from them, I called them and told them I had gold and platinum in the kit and they denied any gold or platinum.
