Teeth Whitening Now/Max White Teeth - I think they have even more company names they go by. Got charged the 78.93 after my "free trial" offer to only pay $4.99 S&H. Only after I got my credit card bill did I realize I didn't read the fine print and cancel my order within the 14 day "free trial" offer. I also received another kit and got charged $83.92.
