I submitted an order online, did not receive it and after 2 weeks later, sent an email as instructed in my order confirmation email inquiring as to when it was/would be shipped. I did not get a response to my email, and after 5 days of waiting to hear, I finally called VitaGlo. I did not get the name of the man I spoke with, but he was the most rude person I have ever talked with.
