Purchased a digital video camera (new) and received an obviously used one (poorly packaged, unsealed with tape inside camera of little boy). It was an obvious defective return -- the tape was very poor quality (they also over charged us by $200 but that's a different complaint). Called them to complain and they said to return the camera. Upon return they wanted to charge us a $157 restocking fee but was willing to replace the item for a "new" camera.
