I was correctly delinquent on an amount due but was not aware the billing was via Email. I signed up for the card at an aiport and was not informed I would be billed other that USPS. I have no recollection of indicating it was ok to bill by Email. When I found out I was delinquent, I called and explained I was unaware of the billing by Email and I promply paid the bill. I also requested all future bills must be sent by US Mail. THEN, I find out I was reported delinquent to varous credit agencies and my credit score drops a 100 points?... read full review »
