My wife spoke with our bank, Bank of America and they said once an online business gets your credit card number, they can do just about anything they want with it. In order for the bank to take action, you have to file a complaint with the bank and it takes a long time to get resolved and usually results in re-isssuance of the credit card. Well I called Valuemax and they were very helpful. They are fully aware of the problem and will refund charges without a problem.
