I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS AGAIN!!! I can't begin to describe how useless and inefficient their customer service is. I purchased a Washer with a 1 year warranty, which suddenly stopped working after 4 months. I called repair who came out 5 days later and needed a part to supposedly fix the washer. They made an appt to come back in 2 weeks. (keep in mind, I have now missed a day of work while waiting for them and am facing 2 1/2 weeks lugging laundry for my 3 children and myself to the laundromat - but I'm not angry yet) The... read full review »
