To whom it may concern: On December 23, 2009 I was scheduled to stay at the Ramada Inn in Clive, IA, having booked the room through Travelweb.com. The travel confirmation number is 14230793357. We called the hotel to cancel as we had decided to travel on due to weather. The hotel told us we would have to contact the third party agent (Travelweb, a division of Priceline) which we did. Snake & Rooter of Johnson County

In December of 2006, right around Christmas, our sump pump quit and we had about two inches of water in our basement. We hired Snake and Rooter to come out and fix it. As it turns out, the cord to the sump pump had wrapped itself around the pump and prevented it from working. The plumber from Snake & Rooter told us that the pump still worked and mentioned that now would be a good time to replace the pump as you never know when it will go bad.
