Swimming pools fence damaged and parts missing. I called when the parts where damaged and I was told to fill out a form and then they would send me a new fence and they would pick up the damaged one. that was the first of four phones. three of the phone calls where the same as the first. the fourth phone call was more involved I was told by the first girl I spoke to that she was sorry She didnt get back to me but she would get right on it tomorrow then another girl came on and told me she spoke to me yesterday and she emailed me today.
