I am very appalled at the customer service, Peak 5 FlatIron displayed today when I called to set up payment. I have been a responsible and steady cleint when it came to paying my car loan payments. Then I suddenly experienced financial hardships and they deferred my account to resolve my account in the rear. So when I spoke with the first customer service representative, she was very rude, cold and unprofessional.
