The old addage is, "You pay for what you get." And how true that is. I had problems with Magic Jack from day one. It took 3 dials to get thru, all my calls got disconnected, voice mail didn't work, 911 didn't work and I needed that service one night, etc, etc. Then my computer crashed and I had a new hard drive installed and it worked like a charm for 3 months.
