My husband and I purchased a couch and recliner from built rite. We also experienced pushy sales people as other have. It took two weeks to get furniture to our home that was in stock. They called the day before saying they would arrive between five pm and midnight. Ridiculous, who in the hell delivers furniture at midnight on a week day? I had to choose another delivery date in order to get the furniture there before nine pm. They delivered the furniture and within a week the furniture started falling apart.
