Had to deal with the collection agency the first time in my life because of my husband's poor decision. After several attempts of trying to explain several S & A Collection Agency representatives that the bill doesn't belong to me but to my husband and I needed more time to straighten it out, that agency reps kept hanging up on me. Finally, one of the reps sent me an e-mail saying that the debt had to be paid by May 29 in full.
