Oxford Management calls at least twice a day about a medical bill that they say my husband owes from over 7 years ago. They say they represent Lab Corp of America. I've asked them to quit calling, but they continue to call, beginning usually at 8:03 a.m. and not stopping until 9:00 p.m. Their reps are from India and tell me that their phones are pre-programmed into our time zone and that they cannot remove our number.
