I applied for mortgage modification about 2 months ago. after one week I received a letter from Chase stating that I was missing credit information with a name a phone number and e-mail so for me to contact that person. I tried a few times by phone, no luck, that name on Chase's listing. I tried e-mail and i got a reply stating that the person didn't know nothing about my case to call custumer care, and i did that, but they kept transfering me to diferent departments, I was not geting any where, I was transfered to the same... read full review »
