Bought a lap top in the beginning of 2008. Was suppose to get a 200.00 rebate but the techs in the Fire Dog dept. thru carton out when programing the lap top. Therefore I had no UPC to claim rebate. Went into store over a dozen times not to mention the several phone calls that were made. Was told each and every time I would get my rebate, that Circut City would get UPC from another carton and I would receive a phone call as to status of my getting the rebate.
