We send parcels internationally on ad-hoc basis and recently sent a package to the Czech Republic. The parcel was dropped off at their Minworth branch and paid for by credit card. We have been trying to obtain a valid receipt for this transaction ever since!!! All we received was an airway bill with the figures scribbled on by hand, no company VAT number. Have tried to complain to them three times but without any success. What sort of a company is this that seems incapable of issuing a valid receipt! read full review »
