I purchase Bosch washer and dryer a week ago. The washer does not spin properly, thus the clothes are almost wet. The dryer does not dry everything especially the seam and pockets on the pants. You cannot dry wash clothes and towels together because only items close to the sense will dry. I would like to return this equipment for exchange or refund but the company that i bough from and Bosch have refused to accept the claiming that "they have Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.
