My neighbor called me yesterday to help figure out why she didn't have sound on her new computer. The salesman told her it didn't need speakers when she bought it so we couldn't understand why the computer help section kept telling us she needed to plug in the speakers. We called Best Buy and the Geek Squad and got the run around for a while. Finally a salesman told her that she needed speakers and it would cost an additional $20.
