I am also a victim of the unauthorized charges on my CC account. However, upon contacting Acaia Slim after being put on hold several times and calling back several times, at least 3, I finally spoke to someone, who gave me a confirmation number in reference to refunding my money ($79.95). He informed me that the reason the money was taken out of my account is because I did not read the agreement completely. From now on I will either read the agreement completely and print it out or more than likely I will not be ordering anything like this on line again.
