My information was sold to Grant Help Center. Shortly thereafter, they charged my debit card $74.95 for software I never ordered and never received. I called the number listed on my bank receipt to complain and was told the money would be refunded within 15 business days - that was on May 1, 2009. It is now May 28, 2009 and I have yet to receive the refund. I was also charged again on May 12, 2009 - again for $74.95 - they claimed it was a glitch in the computer and the second amount would also be refunded. I haven't seen one cent since then. Now I can't get them to even answer their phones. read full review »
