When filling out and sending the reservation request, a notice of rejection comes across the screen. When I double checked the information and sent it in again, still came back with error message. Hotels plus then called me and said that they were notified that a card didn't go through. She manualy took my reservation then the next day, Hotels Plus called me to say that the hotel that we had reserved through them, was booked and there were no availablity but that they could book us at another hotel.
