Dermitage advertised their product and said 14 day free trial. When I called to cancel it, they said they showed a confirmed delivery date which was prior to the date I actually received the product. Of course, being the dupe I am, I have proof of when their product actually arrived. So I am having to pay for this stuff. Then when I complained about that, they said they'd refund me my money - but are charging a $20 restocking fee. Hey. I say to myself - a restocking fee?
