Pine State Mortgage is very unprofessional and offended me, a prospective home buyer. One of the branch managers there Larry Aronson made fun of one of the questions I asked him through email in a very creative way: he forwarded the question to his entire branch and added his own comments regarding "how sometimes you can't make this stuff up" and went into how dumb of a question it was.
