as I was scanning pictures into my computer for a client, in order to make a memory book, the product popped up and allowed me to make an album - it was a free trial. after spending several hours on it, it timed out and said I had to upgrade for $29.95. so I did and paid this with my credit card. next time i went to access scrapbook, it again said I had to pay $29.95 as if i didn't already pay, even though i have a confirmation number. customer service was conveniently unavailable and i was unable to do anything about it. now, the next day, i can't figure out what to do. read full review »
