I ordered this on 5/8/09 for a .99cent trial. I rec'd this product approximately 5/10. On 5/20 I was charged 87.13 plus 2.61 service fee. I do not like the product, it does nothing it claims and I wanted to return the unused portion. I tried for several days to get through to the company. Today on 5/28 I reached someone in customer service who said they would cancel my account, no further charges, but I could only have a refund if the product was unopened. That is absolutely ridiculous, how can I try it if I don't open it? I want a refund of $87.13 and I would be happy to return the unused portion of this product. read full review »
