Bargain Outfitters sold us defective outdoor chairs that collapsed after a brief time in the elements. They were advertised as all-weather wicker over rattan frames, but in fact the frames were wood and rotted out very quickly. The company says they have a "100% guarantee" at any time, but they do not tell you that you have to pay for return shipping even on defective merchandise.
