these grimy scam artists are very quick to promise u everything u wanna hear until they get your card number. i was unhappy with the 2 phones i got and they wouldn't ship a contracted (within 30days) replacement before i ship them the phones i was using. they wouldn't even expedite the shipping but said once they receive the phones my wife and i are using, they will activate and ship the replacement.
