Below is a cc of the letter I sent to Chase this afternoon: I am absolutely disheartened by the behavior of the credit services department for chases credit card department. My account had gone into a credit services program and I had the opportunity to pay the full balance off. CESI contact Chase on 04/03 to get a pay off. They were given an amount valid until 04/28.
