I have been trying to get my escrow reviewed now since Monday the 18th of May. I have called the so called customer service dept. on several occasions and continually get the run araound. I have been told they lost papaer work or that I never sent them anything. After I told them I had the fax confirmation they told me there was no need to resend that they would call my couty apraisal office and get the info for them selves.
