5 years ago I purchased an air conditioning unit from Sears. It came with a 10-year warranty. This is the second time I have had to call someone out. This is my most recent experience. My air condition has been out for 2 weeks. Yesterday was the soonest anyone could come out. A technician came out and was a complete moron. He supposedly figured out what was wrong with the system and needed a new part. I had to tell him to go get the part and where to get it.
