I wish I had read all of the complaints before I signed a contract with this company. I signed a contract about two months ago. They were very pushy but I knew I wanted to have laser hair removal done so I signed and paid in full. I too was contacting Michelle. When I was attempting to schedule an appointment the phone number was disconnected and the website gone. I was very angry so I too called my credit card company.
