While I am thankful for the potential assistance in reducing my monthly mortgage payments I am angry that it is taking so long for my loan modification application with Wells Fargo Mortgage to be reviewed. After the company received my paperwork the first week of February and finally assigned a "negotiator" to review my file the first week of April, I am still waiting!
