After 4 phone calls over the past month with average wait time of over 30 minutes each call, I have received very poor support and service from the licensing departments to help me with my license re-enstatement. My conditional license was terminated due to an error on their part to not update my course completion information. Since then I have been trying to get my information to them via a fax they provided. They continued to tell me to "check back".
