I called when I saw a commercial advertising a good deal on internet & phone service. The representative was smooth & told me if I ordered the services that day I would receive a "reward check" . I paid the required monies with my visa. My phone was turned on when promised, but when I tried to install my internet, a message came up & told me to call AT&T.
