I bought a package deal with them in Indiana in 10/07 and have had their treatments every 4-6wks until Jan 2009 when I arrived at the Chicago (Lincoln Park) office for my scheduled appointment and the office had closed. I called the 800# and went to the Algonquin office for 2 months (during which they did not have the "right equipment" for light-colored hair treatment), then that clinic closed and I haven't been able to reach them since.
