The website is very hard to navigate... very very frustrating trying to save, edit bank acc info. The company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE contact number!! You can only call them if you want to initiate a new transfer. For complaints and other requests you have to sue email. I did that.. and found out that when they say they will get back to you in 48 hrs... it means, 2 weeks!! I am so disappointed with their response time, I'm never using them again. read full review »
