Before getting the connection i have paid the Security deposit of $300 from my master card saving account to TXU for immediately getting connection on 25 Feb 2009 .And they have charged me again another 300$ security deposit even after paying that on the first day of the connection .Every time i tried to call their customer care it takes around 30 mins to reach their customer care representative and it is the worst ever customer care service i faced.I have to tell my details and my whole story they will ask for the bank statement and... read full review »
