Reference order #267968695 dated April 11, 2009 On April 16, 2009, I returned the AVG Anti-Virus and AVG 8.5 Installation Disc because I could not get it to work with my computer. I asked that credit be applied to my Visa card in the amount of $45.94. To this date, credit has not been applied. Please advise status of my account.
