I ordered several hair products from above said company through their web site on May 4, 2009. I thought it peculiar that at the end of the order, neither shipping information was provided for tracking purposes nor an address where products would be shipped from. I waiting, left voice mails that were unanswered and only when I received my MasterCard bill with the charge of $59.26 did I get relief as I found a different phone number to contact them with, evidently a billing number, listed on my charge.
