I called a promotional number for what I thought was DishNetwork to get my service amount lowered and was then told that I could not get a cheaper rate with Dish but since Dish and DirecTV were the same company now that they could switch me to DirecTV and it would be $35 a month. I had the installer come out who showed up at the wrong time and spen over 6 hours attempting to install the DirecTv.
