Inappropriate drafting out of checking account without authorization... claims to be an "Identity Theft protector", but who's stealing from who? When questions are asked of them about the drafts out of accounts you are put on hold for lengths of time only to be told that supposedly no supervisor is available... doesn't sound like a supervisor is there at all ever - mostly just a bunch of teenagers (?) - just a crock. read full review »
