I ordered a "free" trial of ACAIPURE and agreed to pay $4.95 shipping and handling. What I did not know was that by ordering the "free" sample, I had to "unselect " several pre-selected items that were later charged to my credit card. It is impossible to get them to refund the money because they say that I had "ordered" them. Since when do yo have to search a website to make sure that they have not pre-selected items that you haven't even heard of and did not knowingly order.
